Personalized and Custom orders cannot be returned. We are committed to delivering a high quality product which focuses on the individual expectations of the customer. Please contact us if you do not feel those expectations were met.

Items with an Original design may be returned within 30 days of the purchase.

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.

Outdoor conditions affect the long term condition of a boulder/rock over time; i.e. weather, the sun, hail, mowers, or a pet scratching/urinating on the rock will affect the longevity of the product.

We take pride in our work, so if you have any problems with your item(s), please let us know. Refunds are accepted within 7 days of arrival of item to buyer. Shipping fees are not refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees and refunds will be processed once item is received by seller. Please contact us before returning all items.

There are no refunds for personalized or customized items so please be aware of that before purchasing (unless the item(s) are damaged or I personalized the item(s) incorrectly). If a date changes or the customer informs me the wrong personalization, there is no refund. Should you wish to cancel your order; Orders that have been designed and a proof has been sent will be given a partial refund. Orders that have received a proof, approved and moved into production will not receive a refund. 

If you are not happy with your non personalized purchase, please let me know within 7 days of purchase and you can either place an order for a different item, same value, or request a refund (minus the shipping/handling cost), which will be placed after I receive the order back from you. Make sure to contact me with any problems you have with your order as I want to make sure you are happy!

Our stones are all natural. We do not make molds of the stones, so every stone is different. There will be natural imperfections and blemishes in every stone. The stones are placed in bins all together that may cause chips or minor scrapes on the stone. This is nothing that will lessen the life of your stone or quality. It is a natural part of nature and not every stone will be perfectly symmetrical. If you request a proof or have a custom order you will see your stone on the proof and at that time you can request a different stone. We do not show the backside of the stone in the proofs due to time limitations and the stone will be laying flat and it will not be visible once engraved. Our employees pick each stone out individually and are trained on a "good" stone and a "defective" stone. We do pick the same stones for orders that we also sell in our gift shop. We do ensure that we are picking out the best quality stone possible for each order. 

Our glassware, metal, leather and wood items may also have minor defects in the material. The glass could have small bubbles, wood may have different cut lines, etc. These items are looked through upon arrival at our facility and we sort out the poor quality items. 

If your item is damaged and then the item must be returned to me (Carvers Ridge is NOT responsible for the returning shipping costs) and we will either refund your full amount or send you a replacement for the damaged product, after the damaged item has been received by us.
